BRIANNA KELLY

Brianna Kelly

is a Cincinnati based artist who crafts songs that attach themselves to a fleeting connection with the unseen world while rooting itself in a very real topography and landscape. In her liturgical drone-pop songs Brianna weaves hypnotic swells of voice that recall artists like Julianna Barwick and Grouper in their sedated push and pull. Brianna's ambient recordings are full-spectrum and cinematic in their scope. Brianna is also writes songs in the troubadour folk tradition, her powerful voice embodying the Kentucky hills where she grew up.
