MARK TRECKA
Mark Trecka
Mark Trecka is a Chicago-born writer, performer, and artist currently living in New York's Hudson Valley. His music utilizes a deep and studied approach to piano and cassette loop experiments, and voice.
He has performed internationally as a solo artist as well as with both Pillars and Tongues and Dark Dark Dark. With the latter, he scored the feature film Flood Tide.
His writing has appeared in Vice, the Los Angeles Review of Books, The New Inquiry, Salon, and elsewhere.
